Self Help
Being diagnosed with a long-term conditon can often leave you feeling that your life is out of control. In this section of our website, we aim to help you take back some control by providing practical advice and information about how you can best help yourself through lifestyle choices and knowledge of your condition.
We have produced a series of Fact Sheets which provide practical day-to-day advice, such as coping with fatigue and stress, and more emotional subjects such as talking to your friends and family. In the Living with APS section, you will also find topics including driving with a diagnosis of APS, women's health and diet.
We are hoping that you find this a useful 'one stop shop' to help you get on with your life.

When you receive a diagnosis, you will want to know exactly what APS is. This is the best place to start!
Living with APS
