APS Support UK is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, donation history, fundraising activity, or information you provide when contacting us, subscribing to our communications, volunteering, or making a donation.

  • respond to enquiries and provide support;
  • administer donations, fundraising activities and events;
  • send communications you have requested;
  • manage volunteers and supporters; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not routinely collect special category personal data. However, individuals may occasionally choose to share health-related information with us, for example in connection with APS, support enquiries or fundraising activities. Any such information will be treated sensitively and in accordance with data protection legislation.

We will only use your personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so, will keep it secure, and will retain it only for as long as necessary.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may use trusted service providers to help us manage donations, fundraising and communications.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 calendar days; where a matter is complex we will keep you updated on progress and explain any delay.

If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
