APS Support UK is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, donation history, fundraising activity, or information you provide when contacting us, subscribing to our communications, volunteering, or making a donation.

• respond to enquiries and provide support;
• administer donations, fundraising activities and events;

• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not routinely collect special category personal data. However, individuals may occasionally choose to share health-related information with us, for example in connection with APS, support enquiries or fundraising activities. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 calendar days; where a matter is complex we will keep you updated on progress and explain any delay.
